3.3 Multi-Bookings
When booking multiple services in a single session:
- All services must be scheduled for the same date and time
- Services will be performed consecutively
- The total duration will be the sum of all individual service durations
- All services share the same booking reference
- Payment is required for the total amount of all services
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1 Cancellation by You
You may cancel your booking at any time. We request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. To cancel, please contact us directly or use the cancellation link in your confirmation email.
4.2 Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment subject to availability. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to secure your preferred alternative date and time.
4.3 Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel your booking in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Illness or emergency
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
- Technical issues with our booking system
In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule your appointment or provide a full refund.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash: Payment in cash at the time of service
- BACS: Bank transfer payment (details provided upon booking confirmation)
5.2 Payment Timing
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. For BACS payments, payment must be received within 48 hours of the appointment date.
5.3 Pricing
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but price changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
5.4 Refunds
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Generally:
- Full refunds may be provided for cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice
- Partial refunds may be considered for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made after the appointment time
- Refunds for unsatisfactory services must be requested within 48 hours of the service

6.1 Service Standards
We strive to provide high-quality hairdressing services. However, results may vary depending on:
- Hair condition and type
- Previous treatments or colouring
- Client expectations and preferences
- Natural hair characteristics
6.2 Consultation
A consultation may be required before certain services, particularly for colour treatments or major style changes. During the consultation, we will discuss your requirements and assess your hair condition.
6.3 Allergies and Medical Conditions
You must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities that may affect the service before your appointment. We cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions if you fail to disclose such information.

- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service
